MY GUARANTEE
Your puppy will have had all the necessary vaccinations and de-worming at the time of shipping, and will have been examined by a licensed veterinarian, prior to shipping. By this I guarantee to the best of my knowledge, I'm sending you, (the buyer), a healthy puppy.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY
You, (the buyer), must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving it, and must either e-mail or telephone me with the results, or this health guarantee/contract and all rights will be void. Owning a puppy means occasional trips to the veterinarian, which you, (the buyer), are responsible for. It is up to you to provide your puppy with the routine preventive care that it needs.
*Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian, and by following veterinarians guidelines for vaccinations and de-worming. I will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
During shipping, puppies can become stressed by the change in environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, upper respiratory, kennel cough etc., may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, (the buyer), not the seller, and should be checked by a licensed veterinarian. These and other minor health problems are not covered by this guarantee. Any minor problem that can be cured by medication is not covered by this guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover uneven bites, unpigmented third eyelids, (which both can be common in the boxer breed.), inguinal or umbilical hernias, cherry eye, skin allergies, fleas or ear mites.
Your puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital diseases. This includes hip dysplasia, which hampers a dogs movement and requires surgery to correct. Heart and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. In the unlikely event that this occurs, I must be notified within 48 hours of the licensed veterinarian determination by phone. At your, (the buyers), expense I will then need to be sent two reports from two unassociated licensed veterinarians, both stating the same problem. If the puppy is diagnosed with hip dysplasia I will need copies of the x-rays. Their are certain disorders that may be caused by evironment conditions, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, autoimmune disorders, that are not covered by this guarantee.
A returned puppy must returned to the seller in good condition other than the specific problem.
In the unlikely event that the puppy should die within the one year time frame, you, (the buyer), must pay to have the puppy autopsied to show reason of death. The autopsy has to show without any doubt that the cause of death was a congenital problem for a replacement puppy.
I will only replace a puppy, with a puppy from the next available litter. I do not give refunds. The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon between the buyer and seller. The buyer understands that the replacement puppy may not have the same parents.
No puppy replacement will be given if the puppy has been euthanized, spayed, or neutered, without permission of the seller.
Any physical problem that could occur from injury to the puppy is not covered by this guarantee.
You, (the buyer), are responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy.
This guarantee only applies to the original owners of the puppy. If the puppy is sold to another party before one year of age, this guarantee is void.
There will be no refunds given due to change of mind.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands this health guarantee/contract, and accepts the terms and conditions, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Missouri, in the county of McDonald. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in McDonald County, Missouri.
